Casey Laplante

Casey Laplante As Vice President of Operations at Soteria Solutions, Casey leads the day-to-day operations of the organization, including budgeting, financial oversight, contracts, HR, technology, and team management. She plays a central role in aligning internal systems with the organization’s mission and long-term strategy, while also serving as a key liaison to the Board of Directors, partners, and stakeholders.

In addition to overseeing organizational infrastructure, Casey is the primary point of contact for many clients. She manages the onboarding process, develops proposals, and ensures that each project is staffed and resourced for successful delivery—especially across our college, high school, and workplace programs.

Before joining Soteria Solutions, Casey held various leadership and fundraising roles at the University of New Hampshire, including Annual Giving Officer for the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences, and Program Manager for the UNH Development Team. In these roles, she oversaw complex departmental initiatives, managed a portfolio of over 400+ donors, and contributed to multi-unit campaign planning and analysis.

Earlier in her career, she worked in project and data management for both nonprofit and private-sector organizations, including Bottomline Technologies and Analytics Environmental Laboratory. She also brings federal experience from her time with the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), where she worked at the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.

Casey holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Hampshire. She also completed coursework in international economics at Universidad Nebrija in Madrid, Spain.
